4. Service Booking and Appointments

4.1 Booking Process

Services can be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Appointment Confirmation

We will contact you within 2 hours during business hours to confirm your appointment details and provide an estimated arrival time.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a call-out fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing includes:

  • Diagnostic fee: Applied to initial assessment
  • Hourly rates: For ongoing work and repairs
  • Fixed prices: For specific services where applicable
  • Parts and materials: At cost plus reasonable markup

5.2 Quotes and Estimates

We provide upfront quotes before commencing work. Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered.

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

5.4 No Fix, No Fee Policy

If we cannot resolve your primary issue, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. Diagnostic fees may still apply.

6. Service Limitations and Warranties

6.1 Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on our workmanship. This warranty covers the specific work performed and does not extend to:

  • Pre-existing hardware failures
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Software issues caused by user actions
  • Normal wear and tear

6.2 Parts Warranty

Replacement parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims where applicable.

6.3 Data Protection

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data during service, we strongly recommend backing up important data before service. We are not liable for data loss during repairs.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe access to equipment and work areas. Any safety hazards must be disclosed before service begins.

7.2 Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate information about problems, previous repairs, and system configurations.

7.3 Data Backup

We provide on-site services throughout Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service areas.

14. Business Hours and Emergency Services

Standard business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-4PM. Emergency services may be available outside these hours at premium rates.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
