Yes. On-site visits include a standard callout fee plus an hourly rate. The callout fee covers travel and the first portion of the visit. All charges are confirmed before work begins — there are no surprise invoices.

How do I know if my issue needs an on-site visit or remote support?

Is there a minimum charge for a support call?

For remote support, there is a minimum charge equivalent to one hour of remote support time. For on-site visits, the callout fee applies as a minimum. We will always confirm the likely cost before starting work.
